“Pool was closed for 2 days”

“Every door in the room was warped and had to be forced shut. Our coffee maker leaked. The room was reasonably clean but no daily housekeeping without a request so the garbage built up. The gentleman that checked us in was brusque and uninformative.”

“Was told no pets on first floor but after about 3 day of our stay we seen two had dogs staying with them and I was to be on second floor but after arriving for some reason was moved to 3 floor and after booking I thought I just had pay the pet fee of 75 but was surprised again with another fee of 75 dollars so total of 150 dollars had to pay on arrival so if booking threw expedie I wood call them before booking”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“Séjour agréable ! Chambre spacieuse, confortable et calme, idéale pour se reposer. Le petit déjeuner était bien garni. Chambre propre dans l'ensemble, avec quelques détails d'entretien à peaufiner (derrière le meuble des souvenirs des précédents voyageurs, canapé très poussiéreux). L'accueil aurait pu être plus chaleureux. Pas de sourire et beaucoup de reniflements ! Pas très classe !”
