「We checked in late at around 10pm, and were greeted with kind and nice staff members. we had to check out early in the morning, the receptionist contacted catering staff once she knew that and helped us to arrange a breakfast box at 5:15am in the morning (their breakfast starts at 6:30am), which we found very considerate. 「The grounds are filled with amazing gardens kept by the gardener "Agung". Dayu Made and her team cater to your every need, nothing is too much for them. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night honeymoon stay and made good friends with all the staff. The Bales (buildings) have lots of character and are finished to a very high standard. With a great pool and even better Balinese food cooked by the staff, we hope we can visit again in the future.」
