(+) outstanding 5-star service; location: 5-10 mins walk to travel spot; hot springs pools are small but nice: breakfast is not the best but still nice looking. Was impressed since the reception: snack and tea were served upon arrival, more snacks provided in the room. Special thankful to the guy who served us; he even helped us to bring over true car from the parking lot to the entrance after we checked out. Love the stay and no complaints at all! Would love to stay longer and come back if...

- Excellent and sincere customer service; All hotel staff were helpful - they know exactly what you need before you even say it. You can feel that they sincerely want to serve you well, as well as share with you the Japanese culture (how to wear Yukata, the etiquette in public bath). - Very tasty dinner and breakfast - we were so full that we skipped lunch after the fulfilling breakfast ;) - Perfect hotel room with tatami yet modern; - Clean and comfortable public Japanese bath and paid...

We had an enjoyable night there. The staff all speak in good english. The ryokan is well facilitated with a lift and a nice public bath. The dinner and breakfast are both special and delicious. They provided a lof of choices for the yukata and they are all beautiful. It is nice to wear it to take pictures inside the nice ryokan. The host prepared a lovely gift for each of us. It is very heartwarming. I will definitely come again and recommend my friends to stay here!

Healthy breakfast

Fairfield provides a comfortable leisure hotel for staying in a rural place, it makes me feel much better to enjoy and explore their unique culture and sightseeing there. Fairfield already became one of my stops in every trip in Japan.

My stay is amazing, hotel offer free natural hot spring, coffee, snack, noodles at nite. There's 2 massage chair that you could be enjoy for 15mins free of charge.

Friendly staffs, spacious rooms, next to the JR station,

The staff serves sincerely and are very friendly.

Nice and friendly staff. Good environment.
