Such an Amazing gem of a retreat! The cozy boat house had everything we needed to enjoy a taste of living right on the water and close enough to town to enjoy all Gig Harbor and greater SeaTac area has to offer.We stayed for 5 nights arriving on the 4th of July and enjoyed viewing fireworks in the distance from our private deck and soaking in the beautiful summer weather.The kitchenette is nicely appointed and we enjoyed making breakfast and a couple of dinners/grilling. We found ourselves wanting to get back after day excursions to fully enjoy the evenings on the deck and the sea/wildlife viewing.Heavenly to wake in the mornings from a comfy bed with morning light and sounds of the water.Krissy and Cullen are lovely hosts and very helpful with the Kayaks and attending any needs, which we really didn’t have.Don’t be intimidated by the drive down or driveway, after the first time it’s a snap!Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we can’t wait to come back!

Private and cozy

Cozy boat house right on the water. We saw seals, otters, deer, and lots of birds, including a brood of Canada geese. It is so interesting watching the water - which is always changing. Just close enough to Gig Harbor for access for restaurants and other provisions. Space is well appointed and welcoming. Great hosts.

Perfectly Serene

We had a lovely stay at this peaceful waterfront spot! The place was clean, well-stocked with everything we needed, and the grill was an added bonus—which made cooking meals a breeze. Nothing beats relaxing on the deck, watching birds and seals go by. Highly recommend if you’re looking to reset and unwind!

Charming Studio

We loved the sunrises, the water view, the sea life, and the pristine little cabin. All our needs were taken care of by Krissy and Callum through our stay. Driving in and out of the location can be a little scary with a big SUV but we survived!

Simply Sublime

We couldn’t have scripted a better get-away. It’s as if the wildlife appeared on cue. The weather was sunny and in the 70’s, only raining at night. The tides offered nature’s white noise for restful slumber. The view…sigh. The cozy accommodations accommodated us perfectly. And our hosts, Krissy and Cullen couldn’t have been more hospitable. Loved every minute.

10 year anniversary; a slice of heaven

This property was so amazing. We never wanted to leave. The owners were so awesome and kind and gave us privacy while also being very attentive when needed. We will be back and are very thankful for such an amazing experience as first time Washington visitors.

Extraordinary Stay!

Our stay here in Gig harbor was an absolute blast! The house was extremely clean, had everything we needed, and was right on the water. Krissy showed us where we would be staying, and some cool places around Gig Harbor as recommendations! All in all it was a very professional VRBO set up, and was perfect for my wife and I to start our trip in the PNW!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Krissy and Cullen were both super attentive to all our needs. We hardly left our space since it was so peaceful and enjoyed kayaking right off the property! Will for sure be coming back!

Perfect Stay

We stayed for a few nights on an anniversary trip. The cabin reminded me of an over water villa on a tropical island, but with much different but equally beautiful scenery! We enjoyed watching a harbor seal, deer, crabs, and other wildlife. The unit was well organized, clean, and tastefully decorated with everything we needed. We used the new gas grill as well as the kitchen. The location was perfect to travel to Seattle as well as checking out nearby hiking and spending time shopping and dining in Gig Harbor. Finally, our hosts were amazing. Krissy and Cullen were able to answer questions and give suggestions, but also wanted to ensure they gave us our privacy. They were so friendly and truly wanted us to have the best time possible!

EPIC!!!

1stly CLEAN! Great use of small space. Very thoughtfully designed and furnished. Loved watching the wildlife- birds(eagles, ospreys, loons, resident geese, and shore birds), sealions, seals, otters, and harbor porpoises. Bird identification book and a great pair of binoculars provided. This is the space to get away. Tranquil, relaxing and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. THE HOSTS, Krissy and Cullen, not only hospitable, but absolutely amazing people. It was an honor to be their guests and share their EPIC place. We will be back.

Peaceful Retreat

We enjoyed being so close to the ocean and falling asleep with the sound of the waves splashing against the rocks. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare light meals. The hostess was friendly and accommodated us with feather free pillows.

Birthday weekend
