So far, the only hotel with coffee and water provided as courtesy. Dinner consists of very traditional and delicious food home made by the manager, who is the wife of a chef who is really famous in the Gjirokaster-Tepelani region. During our stay my husband suddenly became very ill and they gave us a late checkout, delivered medication and allowed us to stay in the hotel for as long as we needed until he felt better. “We only spent night in this magical hotel, but wish we'd spent longer. Though somewhat tricky to drive to, there is a big parking lot, and it's only a 5 min walk down the hill to the old town and restaurants. The view is stunning, with a lovely garden from which we enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The building is charming and our room was decorated with delightful antique elements.”
