“I booked this hotel back in August 2017 for my stay on Feb.24th. I tried to check in with my confirmation number and they said that they could not find it. I had a little trouble finding our apartment, since we arrived after dark on a Saturday night. I hesitated calling Nilsa, since it was late Saturday evening and her day off, but glad I did. She was super nice, asked me exactly where I was, and directed me right to my apartment. She then stayed on the phone long enough to get me inside. Nice……
