You can leave your car behind in the car park as a short stroll takes you to shops, restaurants, coffee places and to major tourist destinations.
Strathclyde, Caledonia and The School of Art Universities are all few minutes walk.
The flat is in walking distance to Queen and Glasgow train stations and several underground stations. It’s just of the M8. Several bus lines are also within a short walk.
This flat has clean, comfortable and spacious rooms which are bathed with day light.
Please note that I have a strictly no smoking policy in the flat. An extra fee of £150 will incur if a guest or their friends break this rule as cleaning staff will have extra heavy work to do to try to get rid of the smell by the time next guests arrive.

There is a wheelchair ramp at the entrance of the building.
There are no stairs to access the flat and all the rooms are at ground level.
You will have the entire flat for yourself.

The flat is located in an area very close to the city centre yet it’s quiet and convenient. It is a residential community where families mingle with tourists, international professionals and students alike.
This is a low traffic through road that despite being so central it’s quiet and peaceful.
Ample residents parking is available.
Three convenient grocery shops are within 50 meters away.
The flat is in between Strathclyde and Caledonia Universities.
Buchanan Bus and Queen train station are a short walk away. Glasgow Central Station is a a little bit further but still within walking distance.
We have parking available right outside the flat in a private parking area for residents.
The parking bays are not allocated to anyone so any free spaces can be used.
Queen and Glasgow Central stations are within walking distance to the flat. Also a number of underground stations are within walking distance.
The motorway (M8) runs parallel to the street but far enough as not to cause traffic noise. In fact the street has relatively low traffic.
