We never actually stayed here. We had to book another place in the few days running up to our visit as it turned out that the location of this property had been wrongly advertised and the actual location was over 30 minute drive from where we were meant to be staying. We had already paid for this and the communication between the website and ourselves has been poor. We are still waiting for a full refund. I will not be using this website in the future and will go back to more trusted methods of booking holiday homes.

Disliked: Communication
The listing on Expedia turned out to be completely inaccurate providing the wrong address for the property. I only realized that something was wrong when the property manager revealed a different address from the one Expedia sent me. I had chosen the property mostly based on its supposed location and now the property manager listed an address 25km away from the listing! Needless to say that the real location was completely useless to me and I had to scramble a day before my arrival to find a suitable alternative accommodation. Although I was able to talk to people from Vrbo and was assured that I would get at least a 90% refund, I didn’t hear anything further for a whole week. Only a day before I left, I got a notice that the host “had to cancel my reservation.” The whole experience was super stressful and I ended up staying in a more expensive accommodation than the one that Expedia had falsely advertised.
