「A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to...

「Boutique La Roche is the best Hotel that i have ever visited. I have visited thousands of international Hotels all over the world, and i can confidently say that La Roche is the best in all aspects. They just make the experience perfect for you. A special thanks goes to Receptionist Jovana, she just made iur stay exceptional. She was very helpful, always smiling, she even carried our bags. I wish that La Roche management rewards here for the great efforts she is putting」

「We lived in this hotel for 3 days, but had very bad living experience there. The hotel is not clean: the smell of sewer filled the whole room when we entered into the room every time . The quilt cover is very dirty, we found the smudge on the side which touch body, then put it on the prominent place of the bed hope house keeper can change one for us, but it shocked us that house keeper just turn the smudge side into inside!!!!! On the hand, the hotel has big problem on their hot water...

Daria at check in was extremely helpful, recommending places to eat, things to do and the best coffee in the Balkans. The room was large and spotless, with everything you could need. A huge, very comfortable bed, fridge, bathroom, TV, kettle, tea/coffee. I had a wonderful time and was genuinely sad to leave. 」
