「Conditioner dispenser didn’t work, loud noise by freeway, self parking exit wasn’t working well and took forever, bathroom sinks by ballroom was out of service, and elevator was out of service. Definitely can use a lot of fixing!!! 」

「Really lovely, fancy hotel. The staff were nice and agreeable but lacked follow through. We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered. I was told they would accommodate our request for quiet rooms, and we were placed by an ice machine, a door where staff were coming and going, and above the pool where they play music evenings and weekend. Also a lack of fast casual dining. I was there with teens, but the dining in the hotel was...

「Good - Friendly Staff. Great breakfast.Clean. Not so good - Pool was ice cold. Jets in Jacuzzi didn't work but water was hot. Couldn't see out our window from our room, it was full of condensation. Disappointment. 」

「Really friendly and efficient staff that helped the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Hotel room is nice and clean. Nothing to complaint with this level of charge. If really want to be picky, I found the sound from corridor could be heard easily. Also, some guys were drinking and talking (loudly) in the parking lot.」
