“I made the reservation here as a bridge stop on my way into the Catskill Mountain for a few days and I'm so glad I did. It's remote -- the town of Claryville is like much of the Catskill mountains -- I was in Phonecia for several days last summer -- in that towns seem to lack a town center or even a substantive grocery store or restaurants. I was also warned that cell phone reception my not exist -- this was the case. However, the Blue Hill Mountain Lodge had a very nice restaurant and bar……

“The breakfast was horrible. Both juice machines were not working, the yogurt was past due and the coffee machine had not been cleaned in a while. The staff on check in were professional, however the staff the next morning on check out were rude and seemed to be put out by having to answer simple questions. The room appeared clean on check in. The following morning we noticed a large bug/insect infestation in one corner. ”

“The place is quiet and clean. It is easy to park.”

“It is unacceptable that a place would rent out without a working septic system, and we were asked to put TP in a garbage bag rather than flush it. The facility should have remained closed until the plumbing issues were resolved.”

“The front hotel staff was completely rude and told us we had to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND the hotel to get to the casino when there was a hallway connecting the 2. My mom had to walk down a hill because he was rude and didn’t even tell us where to go or what direction our room was. I won’t be going back.”

“Arrived early and was allowed to check in. As always, the room was clean. Had a great time gambling. And it’s close to Bethel Woods for a concert.”

“Very cute. Hot tub was nice. Love that it’s close to the oldest winery in America. Fun side trip.”

“The hotel was clean, convenient to the World Resort where we attended an event, next to a small mall and breakfast was included. The downside is the shades didn’t cover the window so the sun shined into the room at the crack of dawn.”

“Surprised at the condition of rooms. Bathroom poorly outdated and room felt rundown. Pleasantly employees but disappointing quality.”

“Very nice rooms but it is an extended stay hotel and the room is not cleaned more than once a week. They will supply towels as needed. They did not explain this upon check in. There is no breakfast provided but coffee is available 24 hours. Most of the staff was very friendly.”
