“This is far from a 'boutique' apartment! It felt like a converted cellar, with very cold and dirty flagstones that were loose and breaking up in places. The apartment wasn't entirely clean. The bed was made up with fresh sheets, the kitchen surfaces had been cleaned and the bathroom was clean. However some of cookware was filthy and there were lots of places that obviously hadn't been cleaned in weeks with lots of dust and webs. There is a locked door in the bedroom that must lead to an outside……

“Great stay in a top location, lovely clean studio flat , only downfall was the parking and had to park streets away at times but all in all top notch ”

“We booked this place for 2 separate stays months in advance. 1st stay upon arrival and 1st use cups needed to be hand cleaned, using the sink faucet sink would not drain, water was leaking from the pipes under the sink onto the floor. Flooring separating, probably from water damage. We used the toilet there were spiders that i had to kill. Contacted the property manager and pipe leak fixed only. Was texted back they cannot control spiders getting in. 2nd stay nothing fixed and manager did……

“Thanks for the stay traveled with a baby for 2 days check out is 10 am how ever there was no fuss checking out at 10:30 fault of my own cleaning up the pots and pans I used”

“Terrible directions to the property. WiFi didn't work (router damaged) and TV cable couldn't connect due to damage, so no terrestrial viewing either. Absolute rip off for price paid. No response from property management. Floors stained and property in overall shabby condition.”
