“Staff made the experience - they were exceptional. Really helpful and friendly. Having the garden gate opening directly onto the New Forest was a huge bonus, especially as we were travelling with our dog.”

“Good but no parking in hotel.”

“Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.”

“Super stay! We come back every few months!”

“We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. What's more, they had our luggage delivered to our room before we even asked for it. And they kindly offered us a late check out. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is……

“This is a great little place - central, spotlessly clean and so helpful/accommodating. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay in Southampton”

“Nice and comfortable excellent decor. However toiletries need improvement, body wash and shampoo combined and no body lotion”

“I have stayed a few times over the years and i think its a great value pub with rooms i stayed 3 nights and my room was good as always, the team were all good and i would recommend to friends and family without hesitation.”
