「The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking !
We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. 「The new(er) owner is doing a lot of improvements to the property. The outdoor areas are beautiful with several large firepits and a nice pool. The rooms are small as most motels are but it was clean and the bed was comfortable.」

「Not private enough for 2 adults during our stay. Owners Kids running around playing on the property and leaving toys electrical cords in our walking space. We we given 1 towel each, 1 face cloth each, and no hand towels for a 3 night stay. Had to message the owner. Cheap uncomfortable sheets! They are not respectable enough for people staying at their property. Great area not so good stay.」

「This suite was in Warwick. There is a small deck where off to the side the Cove is visible.it is difficult to say it is pet friendly. Up 2 flights of steps, no room inside and no fenced in yard. The room was clean. The hot tub is very small and on the side of the driveway in the front yard by the street. No privacy. There was a fruit snack and homemade corn bread on arrival. The suite is very small for two and the hostess has every space filled with her items.」

「Some dead and alive stink bugs had a terrible back ache the next morning from the bed and the couch was noisy the table fell apart on us when we put a drink down but overall it was fine for one night very doable very friendly staff offered water good amount of space. Would stay here again」
