"This was our fourth time at this property since 2001, and it is still first rate. New family ownership a couple years ago has led to upgrades in several areas (glass cabins, spa, sauna). The location on the Rogue is great with a sweeping view of the river to the south. The restaurant is superb, though options are somewhat limited and pricey. There are kayaks and other toys available. You can get picked up at their dock for a jet boat excursion up the river. Gold Beach is 15 minutes or less away and there are great coastal spots to visit in close proximity."

"My family and I stayed here for a weekend. It was very cozy and fit the three of us perfectly! The beds were extra comfy and the little heat stove was perfect since it was pretty chilly when we got there. We would love to stay here again the next time we come into town! "

"Such a cute little cottage with a stunning view. The place was very clean and had everything you would need for any length of stay. There are a couple grocery stores and restaurants nearby that made getting necessities for my trip very convenient! The driveway up is not paved and a little rough. I was driving a Jeep so I had no issue, but just something to consider. "

"This place has everything! We all agreed we were pleasantly surprised the house was nicer than the photos on the app…very well-stocked kitchen, two refrigerators/freezers, comfortable beds and furniture, lots of tvs and entertainment, beautiful view of the ocean between houses across the street, electric fireplace for ambiance…they even decorated for Christmas! All in all we were super cozy for the Christmas week amidst howling wind and driving rain outside several days. The only exception was that the newly installed fiber internet was out for most of our trip likely due to weather, but it was nothing to do with the house and the owner was extremely communicative and helpful during the outage. I would definitely come back, maybe in the summer next time. "
