Excellent for 2 families

I booked this home for my children and their families. Although some amenities were getting a little tired, it was great to have a separate kitchen to the lounge, plus the outdoor area too. Alana was most helpful before, during and after our stay. Any questions were answered in a timely fashion, and when we needed access to the local hospital, she was able to give advice and direction on this too - which was so appreciative. Although, being a typical family, there were quarrels, which I was mindful of the noise to the upstairs unit - however, you could also hear movement from upstairs on occasion, but nothing that disrupted our stay. I would be more than happy to recommend this property to any family, or families. with 3 toilets and two complete bathrooms, it was more than adequate.

Fantastic older style hosue with modern upgrade, makes for a clean and easy environment

The house was simply outstanding in our opinion, it is older but moderned up, very roomy and accommodating for anyone wishing to enjoy an easy to manage house and location, It is in close proximity to most major attractions within the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast areas, Our host Alana was excellent to deal with very down to earth and was easy to communicate with. We strongly recommend this house to any and all wanting a great value and fantastic house to enjoy your holiday on the Gold Coast

I would definitely recommend this property to stay in. It was clean, modern and an overall great place to stay for a family. The beach and shops were within walking distance and other attractions a short drive. Having linen and towels etc provided made life so much easier. The kitchen had all the things we needed to cook and cater for ourselves with the pantry almost full all the little things we’d need and were available for us to use on our stay. The entire process from the booking through to the departure was effortless and communication with Alana was extremely easy and friendly. We loved everything about this property and hope to return again

Pet Friendly & Position Plus

We can highly recommend this fabulous property, the apartment was very spacious, modern, clean and as mentioned above pet friendly. It was positioned in a brilliant location with not only the beach within walking distance but the shops & great places to eat. Burleigh 5 mins away, Kingscliff 35 mins away and you have two car park spaces if necessary. The apartment itself is exactly as the photos and the garden area with pool, BBQ and firepit just helps you feel at home. Alana & Ben are superb hosts and you honestly do not need to take a thing ! The bathrooms are stocked (shampoos, shower gel, towels) and we arrived to a lovely welcome and some essential items in the cupboards and fridge...you certainly don't get that service at most apartments or hotels. The fact we can travel with our labradoodle allowed us to unwind and relax and we had a brilliant time. I have warned Alana we will be back ! Thank you for a most relaxing week Alana, we were very sad to leave. Alma & Duncan
