「Arrived in the evening when it was dark. Sign said Lobby on 2nd floor. Placards on wall said Lobby this way with arrows. Outdoor hallways dark as there was no lighting. Could not find lobby. Finally saw paper note on door telling me check in was virtual. Why can't there be a lobby like most hotels?」

「We came for the RSM Classic and pretty much just needed a place to sleep and shower. This was perfect for us. It is kind of small but we knew that and were fine with it. There were plenty of towels and other amenities. It was very clean and the hosts were so incredibly nice. The only downside was the skylight let in the sun pretty early but the hosts had eye masks there just in case. There are a ton of other details like that that were nice such as motion sensor lights for the outside...
