"My mother came to town and we stayed here for a week. The property itself is not bad; not dirty but I think it could use some more TLC. They put us in an upstairs room overlooking the pool, which was nice, but there were a lot of flying bugs in the room and we could not stay there. The staff was able to put us in a similar room without the view of the pool, and it was bug-free. Housekeeping was pleasant and accommodating, and the free breakfast was nice as well. Overall we had a pleasant experience."

"I have never stayed at an Embassy Suite by Hilton before this visit. I was dismayed to learn that the Tucson East location is designed as a motel, not hotel. The difference being the doors to your room lead directly to the outside versus being situated inside the building and leading to a enclosed hallway. As a solo traveler, arriving at night, the darkened walkways I needed to take to grab the elevator to the higher floors was a bit off-putting. They could certainly use more directional signage and tree trimming within the courtyard. This Hilton branch of rooms is outdated. It has 70's & 80's color scheme and cheaper furniture. I rented the 2 Queen Bed Suite which was very roomy. However, the rug in my room had several stains and could use a good shampooing. My work trip was for 7 days and only on one day (weekend) was the noise disruptive. Pretty quiet during the rest of the week. I did go down to eat the complimentary breakfast on one of the mornings. I was pleasantly surprised to see they hired a omelet chef who was very good at his job. Although I did not use the outdoor pool, it did look clean and other guest enjoyed it on the day it was 102 degrees outside. I choose this location as it was closest to my work meeting place. Upon arrival the check-in front desk person was very courteous, professional, and recognized my Hilton Honors membership."

"I feel this would be a good place to stay for a work trip or if you need to stay because a loved one is across the street at the hospital. Probably good for adults basically because there is no pool for kids. I didn’t even hear any kids running around now that I think of it. Very quiet stay. Although, for the price I paid I’d expect a coffee maker and smart tv in the room.. There wasn’t. The area was a plus."

"It was fine, it served as a place to stay, nearish to Banner Hospital, it was affordable. Some of the staff was helpful. Some of the staff would have rather been anywhere else, merely based on the dismissive responses I received. I walked out to find my rear tire deflated on the day of departure, not slashed, someone took the time to deflate my tire. So I wouldn’t say parking is that secure. If I find a better rate anywhere else on my next trip, I will stay at any another hotel. "
