"When we arrived at the location the unit was not cleaned. I immediately contacted the host by VRBO. The first call back I received was from the house cleaner. I was there with my children and had to immediately call hotels to find a place to stay for the night since it was already 6:30 PM and no one answered my initial call and the house cleaner was not able to clean until Saturday morning. The nightly rate for the hotel was more money than the nightly rate for the VRBO due to the last minute reservation. I reached back out to the owner to request a refund for the full nightly rate of the hotel but they only refunded me the rate of the VRBO rental. When I requested the full amount for the hotel they refunded me the entire stay which sent me scrambling to reserve the hotel for the second night. When I asked if I could stay there on Saturday, they said yes however by this time (mid morning on Saturday) it was too late. I had to book the hotel for Saturday night by 7:30 AM on Saturday and due to the last minute nature it was non refundable. They a refusing to pay me the difference between the hotel and VRBO despite this being their fault not to mention the added inconvenience."

"Cute little hotel perfect for our last-minute stay! The bed was comfortable and breakfast was just what we needed. "

"The room was clean. The pool was fun, safe and a great temperature for our 5 an 3 yr old. The little playground was also appreciated and the walking path outside the doors near the river was beautiful. Chose this hotel so we wouldn’t have to spend a lot to entertain littles between basketball games. It worked out perfectly!! Near everything including a big park. Will be staying again. "

"When we made the reservation, they didn’t tell us that it was under construction. The whole first floor was shut down. They had to put the breakfast in a different area where there was dust and chaos not happy."
