"Hampton Inn was always my first choice for short stays when on a roadtrip. However, i have noticed that the accomodations have been more and more disappointing of late The frontdesk staff was great and the breakfast was as good as always. It was the room that was disappointing. The shower had a corroded ceiling tile, the bathroom sink backed up, one of the outlets didn’t wiork and the room was never made up."

"The desk clerk was amazing! She understood the logistics of how to place guests. Children and pets in designated rooms and having people traveling solo or couples on the upper level!!!! I usually have to request this but this 20 plus year hospitality veteran knew this! I was extremely impressed! "
