「Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. 「Great place! The owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. The dock is amazing. You can all be fishing in a different spot and never be on top of eachother. The porch is great and we enjoyed sitting outside in the cool breeze every day. The house is good. We were comfortable and happy. There were zero issues. 「Gorgeous, relaxing spot in luxury waterfront area!Beautiful view of goose island state park and the bridge to Fulton and Rockport. Check in and check out smooth. Contacted property manager for a pool question and she was so attentive. The house is quiet and the beds were ok- Mattresses are firmer. Kitchen could use a few larger fry pans and outdoor grill needs cleaning. Loved the drive into the property and saw so many deer!Great property!Oh and the property pool and boardwalk were wonderful...
