“All of it!!! It was an amazing stay! The staff, room and amenities were top notch! The only thing I would say is that they should clean the windows on the lookout since it distorts the view and makes the viewing experience not so enjoyable. ”

“酒店位置离开中心城区比较远。酒店一楼是餐厅酒吧，二楼的房间深夜之前根本没法入睡。下午两点到酒店的时候，说所有房间都在打扫，要15点以后才能入住，让存下行李先出去玩，等17点回来比较累直接给了108房间钥匙。结果就没发现房间特别吵闹，20点晚餐时间到凌晨2点根本不能睡觉，这个酒店不适合来度假的人们。”

“We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. ”

“The maids were so nice and helpful always. They did a good job too! The rest of the staff was good too.”

“Pedi que me cambiarán de habitación ya que el baño estaba sin limpiar. El hotel es lindo pero muy muy sucio no hay controles de la autoridad ya que personal de limpieza hay el desayuno pobre y también sucioy descudado”

“Staff is amazing but there was a hair on my pillow, hair all over the floor in the main room, bathroom, and shower. The chair in the corner is visibly dirty and the soap holder also isn’t clean. It definitely doesn’t feel like this room was cleaned before arrival. For paying $344 here, this is extremely expensive for an unclean room ”

“No security lock on the balcony door. Hotel staff claimed that none of the balconies were lockable as the neighbourhood was very safe? The breakfast was good and staff very friendly and answered all our questions. The king room is quite small , especially the minute bathroom and there is little room for luggage in the room. Location is everything with a great beach one block away from the hotel and beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Recommended, if you pack very light and are not travelling……
