“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Apartments Sweet Escape. The property was immaculate. The host was very congenial and helpful. We appreciated the fact that it was located slightly away from the hustle and bustle of old town. It made for a perfect reprieve at the end of the day. Would love to come back sometime and stay longer.”

“During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience.
Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples:
- At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight

- A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant……

“On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning.
