“Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.”

“Nice stay staff friendly, comfy bed clean bathroom does need a lick of paint in places and some marks on carpet cleaned. We had breakfast nice selection would have liked a bit hotter however quality was good.”

“We didn't stay at the property, as when we entered the 4th floor bedroom it was really hot. the window was open to its 3 inch extent, and there was a tower fan, that had little effect on the heat . The reception staff said that none of the rooms had working air conditioning, so we couldn't change rooms. We decided to leave and find alternative accomodation.”

Accommodation was good but the bedside lamps didn’t work and toilet roll holder needs replacing. The food was excellent and restaurant is very well presented but the inner door from the conservatory closed with a loud bang that we could hear clearly from our room.”
