"Fresh food, delicious"

"Room had an odor like old drains which did not go away despite use. Airing the room out helped a little. Bed was both too soft and too firm, my hips and shoulders are very sore. Walls outside were relatively soundproof, but things happening in the corridor sounded like they were in my room. Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and the location was pretty good, roughly equidistant between the train station and city center. There was a kitchenette if you need one. Always appreciate an elevator and baggage storage."

"Great location! Staff, cleanliness and amenities could use improvement. A bit run down with lighting, upkeep and basic offerings needing care (mattresses, light fixtures, bathrooms). The staff was non-existent and unapproachable at times, even for basic questions. It’s a great budget option, but do manage your expectations!"

"Clean room, staff friendly. air conditioning didn’t work much, minimum it hot was 24C… Good breakfast, but for being France i expected more. Where are the fromage options? They don’t mention within the Expedia app that the pool is closed for kids at 5pm."

"More hooks in the bathroom would be helpful. It was very conveniently located to the city center and the train station, with lots of restaurants in the area. Reims is a very walkable city."
