“Honestly, after a number of disappointing stays recently, we weren't expecting much so we could avoid being disappointed. But, we were anything but. We were in the maple room, which had private access to outside, a nice living room, a small kitchen (no stove), a large bedroom and very comfortable bed, and a semi small bathroom that was laid out well. “We are so happy with our stay in the tiny house. It's a close drive to the island bike trail and Burlington. The house appears to be brand new. It has all the amenities of home with a few bonuses like the hot tub and sauna. We also liked that it's a short walk to the access the lake where you can easily take a dip! ”

“Everything about the Vermont River House was perfect! Eva was the perfect host and welcomed me with freshly baked granola, milk, yogurt, coffee, tea, and chocolate. Despite subzero temperatures, the tiny house was as cozy as could be, along with plush blankets to watch tv. Having the loft space provided a nice separation between the living and sleeping spaces. Finally, the location was perfect - so simple to walk to Winooski and also to walk, drive, or take the bus to downtown Burlington. Eva……
