「Everything was smooth as far as check in. The room was nice, had a muggy smell, but clean. Our first night was a disaster. We got back from the college (parents weekend)& came back to a hot muggy room. The air conditioning seemed to be working before we left earlier that day; because,after check in we were in a hurry to see our child at the CCU. As I stated above, it was muggy & had a musty smell. 「They had roaches and bed bugs had to check out and go to the bay view … they gave my belongings a heat treatment but my arm is itchy . I used to stay here regularly but never again… I had to be moved 3 times one time bc the door wouldn’t open after walking to the front 2 times they changed the room then that room had roaches 3rd rooms had bed bugs and roaches」

「Was put in wrong room and had to change. Measly $22 refunded after requesting it at checkout. Washer did not work.
