"They seem to be understaffed. My room was cleaned 3 times and yet, there was still small pieces of paper on the floor next to my bed. I wondered how thoroughly they vacuumed. The concierge on my fist day seemed to be too distracted to assist a pal of mine and another day, a different concierge seemed a bit apathetic. Everybody has a bad day. I don't think it was common behavior there."

"Great breakfast, amenities, and proximity to Grapevine. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in town. Just be sure to bring some white noise or ear plugs…the person above me sounded like an elephant going across the room all night. The shuttle to the airport was an added bonus."

"The lobby was certainly the highlight of the hotel experience, showcasing an inviting atmosphere. However, using the elevator felt a bit unsettling. The hallways lacked air conditioning, and the scent throughout the hotel, outside of the lobby, was rather musty. The rooms seemed to have undergone minimal updates, primarily with new vinyl flooring, but the overall decor felt dated by over 15 years. The beds were quite firm, and even minor movements produced creaking sounds. In the bathroom, stains were evident, and the yellow tub appeared quite old. While the walls didn’t offer much sound insulation, at least the air conditioning functioned well."
