Access to the resort amenities is shared amongst all guests of the resort. You are minutes from downtown Traverse City, Interlochen Arts Academy, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Lake Michigan, and area attractions for everyone. RULES & RESTRICTIONS: Owner is not responsible for any and all claims of personal injury, property damage, or death that may result in participation in use of watercraft. Life vests are not provided and must remain in the watercraft at all times. All watercraft must be returned to the property at dusk. We have a zero-tolerance policy for operating watercraft under the influence of alcohol or substances. Additional rules may apply to the specific body of water you operate the watercraft in. It is your responsibility as the primary renter to ensure that anyone operating the watercraft understands and abides by the rules and any applicable laws. No lifeguard on duty, use at own risk.
INDEMNITY & LIABILITY: The Guest is responsible for their own travel/health insurance. Neither the Owner or Manager shall be held responsible in any way for accidental injury, death or damage/loss to personal effects of the Guest. If, due to circumstances beyond the Owner's control, such as flood, fire, hurricane or other damage, the Owner is unable to honor this agreement. The Damage Deposit and advanced payments shall be fully refunded provided said damage was not the fault of the Guest. The Guest is responsible for all damages excluding wear and tear, and including those which exceed the deposit amount. All booking reservation and onsite guests are agreeing to above rules, restrictions and liabilities.
