"Great location! Walking distance to many attractions. The breakfast buffet was identical the 6 mornings we ate there, we could use some variety."

"Our booking had a complimentary upgrade which was a lovely surprise when we arrived to check-in. Our bed was so comfortable! The bathroom had the little extras such as a disposable shower cap, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. Plenty of towels and a bath robe. Room was well equipped with tea, coffee and bottled water. We didn't hear any noise whatsoever which made the stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The room was lovely and cool on arrival with options to change the temp slightly. Staff were all helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The room and facilities were lovely and clean. There is a mini Tesco store round the corner and the hotel is in a super location making everywhere reachable in London. My partner and I will absolutely be returning for our next London trip! Thank you Park Plaza Riverbank for a very enjoyable relaxing stay! See you soon! :)"

"The room was small but very clean. The shower was great. The staff at check in were wonderfully helpful. We especially loved the friendly and helpful doormen. My only complaint was a very rude front desk clerk who rudely told me “we don’t post” when I asked her if she could please put our post card in the mail. The location is perfect near attractions and restaurants. Will stay here again."
