「Clean, friendly, and great parking」

「The hotel was clean and staff friendly. I thought it odd that for some of the amenities you had to ask for them at the desk, an iron for example. I assume the ironing board and coffee pot as well as there wasn't one in the room. We chose this particular hotel because listed that it had a pool. The pool was closed for our visit, so we were disappointed. The desk clerk said that it should have been listed as closed on the website, but it wasn't. She did tell us that there was a nearby lake...

「Buffalo tower was fantastic and love the remodel. Hot water was low in the morning which made for a warm instead of hot shower. Hot water heaters were not keeping up with morning shower volume. Casino is hard to navigate, I got lost frequently. More signs are needed. LOVE the free shuttles, employees are so friendly, prompt, and always available. Will be back, 9/10 stars overall」

「Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. 「The rooms were nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, but it never changed from day to day (we were there for 5 nights on business). Also, I’m pretty sure the elevator is haunted… listen for the dreadful *sigh* when going up.」
