“Clean room breakfast was good bed hard as a rock”

“The breakfasts were great. Pool wasn't working. Cards didnt work well.”

“Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor,……

“The room was great! I selected a room with the whirlpool. It worked wonderfully, from the water temperature to the pressure of the whirlpool jets. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. When I checked in there was a line of impatient customers and the staff remained calm, professional and friendly.”

“Very comfortable and quite room and beds. Nice pool area with slide for kids. Very helpful staff. Would stay again.”

“The room was very clean, comfy, and spacious. There is no free breakfast, but there are restaurants inside the hotel that serve breakfast and a place with coffee and tea choices. There is a free shuttle to Graceland every 30min. For the most part you don't have to leave the resort unless you want too. The free PB&J and chocolate milk was a nice evening snack after the Elvis movie. The pool looked refreshing, but we didn't get it. The grounds are very nice. Great stay!”

“Very quiet neighborhood and comfortable room. However not very convenient if you want to buy some grocery stuff coz stores are out of walking distance. ”
