It is what it is. Was fine for an overnight stay for us. Everything was a bit old and tired. All worked tbf, but is a budget hotel. Parking was good though, plenty of space in their car park. Hotel is walking distance to everything in great Yarmouth.

Avoid at all costs, rooms were so old just like the hotel, needs a lot maintenance done on it, we went mon-fri but came home Wednesday as felt so uncomfortable there, would never recommend this hotel

The staff were fantastic, so helpful & polite, though over the phone they said i'd be 1st room on 1st floor as i come out of lift as i'm disabled, but i was 18 doors from lift, the window rattled all night so we didn't get any sleep, but the hotel is in a good spot. Lovely & clean, close to sea life & other places

My stay at this hotel was ok, but i only stayed for 2 days, the hotel looks dated inside, the lift looks like its been there when the hotel was built, it worked but only2 people would fit in at a time, the staff were very helpful willing to help, the room was tidy enough room for 2 days, had a kettle and drinks,. the bed ..... well 2 days was enough, the mattress had seen better days, you could fell every spring and wire inside, not very comfortable. free parking out the front of the hotel, but limited spaces, the hotel is in walking distance for the sea front. i don't know if i would stay again, but it was a good price at the time. The hotel doesn't do food but the is a lot of cafe's and restaurants along the sea front.

Helpful staff but very run down property. My room had a broken bed frame, a broken fridge with duct tape around it. A highly stained chair was included. The floor was uneven and very creaky, which caused a lot of noise.

Great value for money. We had a full size fridge, microwave and kettle in our room. Tea coffee and bottled water was also supplied. Internet kept dropping in and out. Staff were lovely and welcoming. We parked around the corner but think this was because there was a big event on the strip?

Staff were very helpful. Sadly, there are no food and drink services available. The room was small. It had been recently decorated, but in a slapdash manner. Beds were comfortable and linen clean. Disappointingly, there seemed to be no housekeeping - beds left unpaid, cups unwashed.... It is v much a budget place.

The fridge didn't work and had a musty smell inside. The shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot as the splitter was broken. The bathroom extractor was caked in dust. The pillows were a little thin, but the mattress was nice and firm (I prefer a firmer mattress). The staff member when we checked in was welcoming and knew the hotel inside and out, able to give us directions exactly to our door. Nice large TV, and theres a kettle and a microwave too. Nice and close to the sea front, and free car parking is a huge bonus. Only stayed one night, but would stay again if the shower was fixed
