「This was a "special birthday" holiday, to see some football and introduce my 13 year old grandson to London. The location of this flat is perfect -- it is possible to walk to many sites, the Underground is just a few steps away, and busses are easily accessible. We ate in. brought in "take away" (Indian, Thai -- amazingly good) and appreciated the host's suggestions. We managed, even though two of our party got sick along the way. 「An absolutely beautiful house in a fantastic central position. No more than twenty minutes walk from major shopping, great restaurants, tourist attractions and transport. The house was very well equipped for everything a family/couple could need. The owners obviously take great care of their house. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look to stay there again in the future. 」

「Flat was simply filthy! Grim and severe dust around the flat, TV had no ariel so couldn’t use, thick dust all around, water marks on bed base, extractor vent held on by tape, surrounding area run down. ‘Stunning’ it is not. Was not met my host, email not answered, refund refused. 」

「Came to an untidy front door area. Up stairs to a room that felt unclean. Bathroom toilet seat loose almost completely broken. Dirty at back of toilet & sink also dirty. Broken latch on bathroom door. Key to bedroom did not lock door so unlocked all night. Put a chair by door. Ad led me to think I would have own kitchen area. Not so shared kitchen」
