“‘Immaculate’ That’s a joke! This property was dreadful, messy and filthy, unsuitable for renting and definitely not appropriate to be advertised on hotels.com. The kitchen was grimy, the oven very dirty, the cooker hood thick with grease. There was old food stuff in several of the cupboards and even chicken left in the freezer! The sink in the bathroom was not cleaned properly, there were nasty brown stains on the bedroom furniture. The shower was taped up with sticky tape and the extractor in……

“We loved our week in this lovely detached little house in Chelsea. The accommodation was everything we needed and all those ‘little touches’ had already been thought of with more than enough equipment and supplies. The kitchen had absolutely everything we may have needed and the living room and was very comfortable. The bedroom and attached bathroom was 1st class and the outdoor space was very welcome.
