“‘Immaculate’ That’s a joke! This property was dreadful, messy and filthy, unsuitable for renting and definitely not appropriate to be advertised on hotels.com. The kitchen was grimy, the oven very dirty, the cooker hood thick with grease. There was old food stuff in several of the cupboards and even chicken left in the freezer! “We started off with terrible communication with the host and awaiting a key code to get in the door until the very last minute. Traveling with two infant grandchildren required us to have an immediate plan for entry and set up of cribs. The host was not responsive to my queries about check-in procedure.
