Fishermans Cottage is a little treasure with a rustic feel. We were there in early May and the situation is peaceful and private with a glimpse of the sea. The beach that is only 2 minutes away along a footpath is beautiful and almost deserted, mainly used by the surrounding villas and locals. Carol, the owner, has provided everything for a perfect stay and she is also incredbly helpful and friendly.

Fishermans cottage is ideal for a couple or small family. The pool is a great addition. The cottage is very quiet and private and is 2 minutes from the beach, making it a perfect location. Carol the owner is brilliant. Its only a 20 minute stroll to kassiopi and 10 minutes to avlaki. The cottage is basic and very quirky not luxurious but, it suits us very well. We have already booked for next year.

Lovely cottage in a quiet location. 20 minute walk in to main Kasiopi resort- easy when cool but a challenge when hot. Local taxi only 5euro - well worth it on the return leg. Carol the property owner was very nice and easily accessible, nothing was too much trouble. A bottle of wine on my wife’s birthday was a lovely touch

Fishermans cottage was an ideal location to tear yourself away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and relax and reconnect with your family. With its own swimming pool, amazing facilities, a sone throw away from a rural beach, a short walk from shops, and restaurants. The owners were friendly and welcoming and offered any support needed. Beautiful views and much needed air conditioning when the heat got too much. Its a quaint place thats private and away from other holiday makers, but yet close enough that you dont feel totally cut off from civilisation. The cottage is surrounded by natural vegetation of fig trees, olive groves, tomatoes plants, grape vines and there were even friendly lizards to admire. Its an amazing spot and I would visit again it was great for me and my family to relax and connect. Strongly recommend.

The cottage is small, but quaint, characterful and very peaceful. Inside the dark wooden beams make everything look a little dark, but it's comfortable. Kitchen equipment is a little dated, but it all works. The a/c works well. The front patio has very nice partial views of the sea, about 200m away across a field. The back garden is beautiful and the small private pool is really nice. The location is rural, so bring mozzy spray! Be aware that Kassopi town is well over a mile away, so only really suitable if you have a car (or are a keen walker).

Amazing couple of weeks spent in this lovely rustic cottage. Peaceful location and private space. Cottage had everything needed for self catering but we ate out at many lovely restaurants in Kassiopi, especially recommend Janis. 20 minute walk to beautiful Kassiopi, public path right beside cottage but a little rocky underfoot. Pool was perfect on hot days with pebble beach nearby. Had pleasure of meeting Carol the owner who was helpful and considerate, provided welcome gift of wine etc, she was a perfect host. If a quiet, relaxing time in beautiful area is what you are looking for, would highly recommend Fisherman's cottage

We absolutely loved our stay at Fisherman's Cottage. It is a beautiful little house with a lovely pool in a wonderful location just 100m from Cogevinas beach which was perfect for snorkelling and on a hot day, with its shade. Carol, the owner is so friendly and left a lovely welcoming note for us and couldn't have been kinder. Sofronios was a great host and very responsive to questions before we arrived. There is a walk along the Corfiot Trail (go left on the beach and then right) which is about 1.2 km right into the heart of lovely Kassiopi with all it's great restaurants, shops, pretty harbour and boat hire. Look out for a little hidden beach called Souvia on the way. The local people were so friendly and welcoming and the food spectacular. We definitely recommend Mythos Taverna on the road into Kassiopi. We hired a boat in Kassiopi and spent a fantastic day exploring the coves along the coast. Our stay at Fisherman's Cottage and Corfu was everything we could have asked for and more.

Overall whilst the property is in a great location it is need a complete update the bath towels, sun beds were all in need of upgrading in general the whole contents of the property needed up grading. We will not be recommending the property to any of our friends

This is an absolutely beautiful small but characterful cottage. There's a feeling of being away from everything but in fact it's quite close to everything you may need. The sea is only minutes away but the cottage has a pool if you prefer.

Blissful 4 weeks in this lovely cottage. We know the area well and this cottage has everything you need and in a really quiet area but not too fat to beaches supermarkets etc.The only thing we really missed was a BBQ as we love to cook in the evening...made worse by the fact that all the neighbouring villas were busy firing theirs up. Great attention from the owner Carol and wonderful service from Magda our cleaner

This is a truly wonderful, traditional cottage that has been carefully renovated so that it still retains its charm & ambiance. The villa is situated at the end of a no through road so there is a little if any traffic, just other holiday makers returning to their villas. The pool & garden area are lovely, a huge lemon tree providing a plentiful supply of fresh lemons for the old G & T. A car is an advantage though not an necessity, but we found one useful enabling us to drive to other bays in the immediate area & of course their tavernas!

A small but extremely beautiful house. Very nice design on the outside and especially inside. It looks like a real local cottage. Everything is very cosy and well planned. There is no washing machine keep this in mind. Probably because there is no central sewage.The road to the nearest beach is not very convenient - the path between the wire fences and canebrake. But on the other hand it adds some colour of wildlife. The nearest beach was almost empty all the time - 3-5 people for wide length. About 200 m on the right there are very beautiful small coves behind a steep rock in front of - the sea. Nikos the owner of the supermarket on the main road was very friendly. Kassiopi with supermarkets, restaurants, shops etc is very close also. Several times we walked there with children. Its about 15-20 min not more. At the other side for about 5 minutes walking there is another part of Avlaki bay where a small hotel and two taverns. The beach there is more convenient. Pebbles finer. Beautiful place, especially for those who are looking for a romantic getaway. Ideal for a young couple I think. I strongly recommend it.
