“Near tram station, easy to get around. Helpful staff. Only draw back is no kettle in the room. Spacious room”

“Room is small. When I had question how to call other rooms, there's no one can answer me. It's very strange that no one in receiption during the midnight.”

“Staff very helpful. The refrigerator in my room wasn't working, the staff come and checked it in minutes, realized it can't be fixed, changed a good one for us right away.”

“火車站旁地點便利，主動提供Basel pass可免費搭公車、電車及部分美術館優惠等等。房間空間狹窄，基本但足夠。”

“住宿地點離市區遠了一點，到Hostel之前會有坡度，推行李比較不方便。借吹風機要押金，會退還。入住要外加4克朗城市稅，另外會給Basel card(free)，”

“I stayed one night in Basel. It is around 10min walk from the central station. The room Is small but have everything you needed. I checked out early like 4.45am to get the 5am airport bus. It’s safe to walk to the central station. ”

“General condition is good. It is a clean, nice hotel. Location is slightly far from convention center and central train station. No air condition will be a problem in hot summer time.”

“Easy self check-in. Simple rooms with ample amenities that is most importantly clean. Location was great as it is near to the train station and yet not noisy or unsafe. There is a small convenience store just next to it. The only inconvenience was there was no kettle in the room so you have to go downstairs' to dispense hot water. Since there are no staff in operation - be prepared to store your luggage at the train station if you arrive too early ”
