「Lovely stay and everyone so helpful」

「Near tram station, easy to get around. Helpful staff. Only draw back is no kettle in the room. Spacious room」

「room is quite tiny . No refregeater. location is good！ 」

「minus one star for requiring to pay deposit for hairdryer」

「They claimed to be an air-conditioned hotel but our AC did not work and several other guests that I spoke to also had non-functioning air conditioning. We stayed for three nights because the conference was nearby and there was no effort to repair any of the guests' units. It felt like this is their scheme. Charge for AC rooms but only apologize when they don't work. When we requested a partial refund for the lack of AC, they ignored the request.」
