「So nice 」

「Not even close to any previous stays at Marriott properties. Very disappointed. Bathroom amenities lacking, e.g. no hand or body lotion. No complimentary breakfast served. Al la Carte prices for breakfast seemed high. Room layout made it impossible to cozy up in bed and watch TV. Meanwhile when I signed on to WiFi it stated no internet available. What??」

「I booked the least expensive room for $68 later in the evening. When I arrived, the Desk person evidently had booked the last of those rooms to someone else. He said there were no such rooms available and gave me a double room which I did not need charged me nearly $20 more after taxes. He gave me the option of not staying there, but I had already driven 20 minutes out of my way for the less expensive room good busy practices as well as common decency dictate that he charged me the lower price,...

「1. The staff person was sleeping and thought it was morning but it was actually evening. 2. I do not think the room was cleaned ever. Everything is dirty and disgusting. 3. No towels and would not think it would be properly cleaned..」
