「The apartment we stayed in was perfect for our stay as a basis to explore Gloucester and the northern Cotswolds. The docks with a choice of restaurants is in walking distance, parking for the car at the back with easy access. Beds were super comfy. Everything was clean. Perfect. We will be back! 」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Gloucester Robinswood Hotel. In particular the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and spacious with good amenities however the bed was slightly firm, however this did not detract from the overall quality of the room. 「Location was different to what's on the map (it's right next door to the New County Hotel). The apartment was lovely though, looks like it's been recently refurbished and was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. £250 damage deposit seemed quite excessive. Not sure if they get a lot of trouble as housekeeping also came in during stay but didn't do any cleaning, make beds, or fold towels etc (I only knew they'd been because they folded...

「excellent location. Parking free from 3pm - 9am right outside the door. Very nicely renovated, good cooking facilities. Very friendly and helpful owner. Only downside for us was the bed is next to the wall so not so easy to get in and out of as a couple when you are old like us.」
