Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa verbracht! Check in/out waren unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus ist hübsch und hat fast alles was man braucht. Da wir mit Hund anreisten, wäre ein Staubsauger toll gewesen. Ein Mückenschutz an den Fenstern, damit man sie nachts geöffnet lassen kann, wäre auch klasse gewesen, da man sonst von den Mücken aufgefressen wird. Das man direkt an der Straße wohnt, muss man wollen, uns hat es nicht gestört, der Strand war schließlich um die Ecke :)

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Gastgeber schnell, unkompliziert und immer hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist ca. 2 Gehminuten weg, aber mit Hunden ca. 5 Gehminuten (vorne darf man nirgends rein, hinten ist aber ein riesiger öffentlicher Strand). Das Haus liegt in einer extrem ruhigen Gegend, kleines Restaurant + ein paar Kneipen 50m weg (KEINE Lärmbelästigung). Hatten das Glück, dass eine Strassenparty fast nur mit Einheimischen stattfand. Super Band, Super Stimmung. Findest so bei uns in Deutschland leider gar nicht mehr. Alle Einrichungen (Bäcker, Lebensmittel,..) fußläufig erreichbar. Waren in einer Zeit dort, wo durchschnittlich 37Grad herrschten. Im Haus perfekte Temperaturkonditionen ohne störende Klima (vermutlich Fussboden). Das einzige, was uns fehlte, war etwas mehr Grün (Rasen/Wiese), aber mit den Temperaturen dort dürfte das schwierig sein. 100% Küchenausstattung, 100% Hygiene, 100% Schlafkomfort, was braucht man mehr ?

Schöner Urlaub in der Toskana

Der Empfang und die Einweisung waren gut. Die Ausstattung sehr zweckmäßig und sehr gut. Für zwei Personen ist das Villino groß genug. Wir fanden das Villino äußerst sauber und aufgeräumt vor und alle nötigen Geräte funktionierten. Leider war das Angebot an Restaurants und Bars stark eingeschränkt, das lag aber wahrscheinlich an der Vorsaison. Die hintere Terasse konnte so leider nicht genutzt werden, da keinerlei Einrichtung vorhanden war. Leider fehlte auch das Grün oder eine Rasenfläche. Die Terasse auf der Vorderseite lag voll im Blickfeld der vorbeilaufenden Leute. Ob Frühstück, Buch lesen oder relaxen, alles konnte beobachtet werden. Vielleicht die hintere Terasse so ausstatten, dass man sich dort gemütlich aufhalten kann. Die Jalusien ließen sich auch nicht verstellen. Insektengitter wären durchaus empfehlenswert.

Der perfekte Ort für einen Urlaub - Agosto 2024

Das Haus ist perfekt! Die Beschreibung des Unterkunfts entspricht der Realität. Es hat alles, was man braucht. Es ist sehr nah am Strand gelegen. Es gibt auch Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Passt perfekt für Familie mit Kindern. Ich denke, wir werden wieder hierher kommen! Es war einen super schönen Urlaub! Klimaanlagen in Schlafzimmern installieren.

Una villetta speciale per le vacanze - Agosto 2024

Villetta molto curata nello stile e negli spazi. Posizione strategica perché vicina alla spiaggia e al centro ma al tempo stesso in una zona tranquilla. Giardino di proprietà tutto circostante alla casa. Migliorerei la parte esterna, aggiungendo del verde al giardino di proprietà, comunque molto ampio.

war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt eine super Woche, das haus ist wie auf die bilder und wie in die Beschreibung . super nette Begrüßung. alles super zu füß erreichbar. das einzige was mann wiesen muss das haus hat keine Klimaanlage es ist sehr warm aber das ist auch beschrieben . Jederzeit wieder! Das Ferienhäuschen liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Strand/Meer entfernt, auch der Supermarkt ist zu Fuss wunderbar erreichbar. Die Komminikation mit Jens bzw. Nicoletta hat zu jeder Zeit perfekt funktioniert. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Man kann sich mehr als wohlfühlen. Besonders genial sind die beiden Bäder und die Möglichkeit, das Frühstück auf der schattigen Terrasse zu geniessen. Wir haben sehr viel unternommen in jegliche Fahrtrichtung. 10 geniale Urlaubstage!

Très jolie maison soignée au design récent qui nous attend à deux pas de la mer et de ses bagnos. Accueil très sympathique de Nicoletta qui est disponible au besoin. Nous avons pu changer d heure de départ sans souci, elle était d accord de venir à 8h00 plutôt que 10h00 prévu initialement. La maison est jolie, fonctionnelle bien équipée. Cependant il manque des coussins sur la terrasse (chaises en bois) et peut être un canapé extérieur ou chaise longue pour se mettre un peu plus cosy pour un petit moment lecture.
