「It was a great location to get to the concert at The Filmore which was across the street. I didn’t know that I had to pay $30 a day to park in the parking garage and there was only one attendant. But they moved very quickly. It’s an older hotel, so some things had to be forgiven like the lack of outlets but that is a simple solution just change the lamps to the ones with the charging plugs. Overall, it was a great stay and if I need to be in that area again, I would stay there. 」

「When I checked in this hotel, I had to wait for a long time. The front desk was new and unskilled. But the most terrible thing is that there are cockroaches in the room, very huge cockroaches. I took many photos, and I didn't dare to sleep all night. Not only that, the sheets were stained when I checked in. It was disgusting. Hilton was chosen in the hope that brand supervision would at least be reassuring in terms of hygiene. I'm so disappointed with this stay」

「There was a hair on one of the pillows which was kinda gross. Other than that the room was pretty clean. The blowdryer worked better than i thought it would for long hair. The toilet paper was way too close to the toilet and garbage can. It would be nice if the alarm clock was not set to 6AM...was not expecting it to go off in the morning after walking all day. Overall it was still a good stay.」

「We like the hotel is so convienet to the Metro and there are grocery store and couple nice restaurents nearby. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay in this hotel next time when we are in the area.」
