「I was very happy with my stay at the Tropical Garden. I stayed 9 days and loved every min. Easy access to the beach food and shopping. Nice safe environment between the town and the beach. Definitely recommend. 」

「The price is too high and the service cannot keep up. Although it was the weekend, there were very few customers. The rooms on the first floor have windows but they cannot be opened, so they have to rely on air conditioning. I only stayed there for one night and the air conditioner broke. Suddenly there was a constant noise and I called the person on duty and asked him if I could change rooms as it was too loud. very scary. He said he needed to ask his boss or someone for instructions and left...

「I stayed at this place in March 2024. My unit had a meeting area, a Bdrm with two double beds, closet, a private bath, and a small private backyard, plus AC & paid abt $30/night which was great. However, this unit needed some minor repairs. For ex., shower missed shower-head, or the front door had to be pulled in hard to lock. But I still recommend it.」

「Hotel is definitely not a high star fancy hotel. Bathrooms were super outdated. The bar was always closed. No breakfast offered. Seemed like a lonely ghost hotel. Parking was a great and I felt safe most importantly in spite of NOT seeing any security.」

「Booked then got to property. There is no front desk just security at gate. They didn’t receive any reservation and Expedia did not know the unit number and could not rectify the issue so I had to book another hotel 」
