チェックイン、不満足
ホテルが悪いのかHOTELS.COMが悪いのか分からないが、 チェックイン時に予約が見つからないと言われ30分くらい待たされた。結局、その場で予約は見つからず、無理矢理空いている部屋に入れてもらった。非常に不満足です。
