「 I had a wonderful time. There were a few mishaps initially in the beginning (refrigerator left unplugged and there was water all over the floor) but other than that my stay was wonderful. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a convenience store right around the corner to purchase many items to make my stay more comfortable. The hotel staff were nice as well, especially Ene and Peter. The chefs were fantastic also. I highly recommend this place and definitely plan to go back again.」

「First of all the receptionist said they can’t find my booking despite I showed my booking number on my email and my payment and said they don’t even deal with hotels.com. Nor Expedia. I got very frustrated and delayed for a while after they called a manager he finally told me to give me a room as if it was by pity. Too much light issues in this hotel. Sometimes every 15min. Anytime any person passes by my room I hear it and it disturbs my sleep…」

「First of all, they claimed they couldn’t find my booking until 9pm. Then they said cos Hotels.com has taken it own commission, they can’t give me a deluxe room even though that is what I paid for. They gave me a standard room with weird bathroom. Then they refused to give me WiFi, or Breakfast. 」

「The A/C need to be on while the generator when the generator is turned off after a power cut as the weather is outrageously hot.」

「Booked and paid for my room three months ahead, but when I got to check-in they don't have my reservation. They are looking through a big pile of papers. It was the middle of the night and I was exhausted from the long flight. They demanded that I pay for the reservation again, IN CASH! I refused, so they let me stay one night but come back the next morning to meet with the manager. Spent 2+ hours trapped in an office with no cell reception, they kept demanding I pay in cash. Finally got through...

「I guess this people lied about the facilty it's not a real hotel, it's really sad that no back up plan for power outage, the swimming is more like a fish pond it's not in use . The generator cannot power the A/C .while people lie about their facility. No enough towel .i think i will make a claim」

「The hotel overall is indeed at par with standard hotels in the developed countries. The staff were courteous, the rooms were clean and there was steady power supply. I think there is room for improvement in their wifi connectivity. I will surely stay here again sometime in the future.」

「The service at this hotel is terrible. First they overbooked and despite the fact that I had a fully paid confirmed booking they pretended that I had no booking. After arguing with the front desk a manager called Friday saved the day by taking me to another hotel and making sure I had a room the next day. Their breakfast is not worthy of a 2* hotel. I chose this hotel due to the Corinthia name. I later found out that this hotel has nothing to do with the Corinthia brand. This is my worst hotel...
