“It was very convenient to the beach. That was the best part. The room was very specious with a shared balcony. I recommend renting a car to go grocery shopping and to also explore. There are not healthy options to eat in the area so I drove to the pier and also downtown. I would recommend staying here knowing there are no amenities. No front desk, no pool, etc. you have to park on the street but do not have to pay as they register the vehicle.”

“Things I loved about staying at Sabal Palm- the proximity to the beach, kindness of staff, bikes, beach supplies- chairs, umbrellas, etc., having a laundry facility, and proximity to other beaches and restaurants. Things not so top notch- bath towels- hand towels- washcloths dingy white and warn out. These really should be replaced. After first two days, washcloths were not replaced with fresh towels.(nit picky I know.) Some of the walls had stain marks - could use a Mr Clean sponge. The……

“I had high expectations for this place due to its reputation but I won’t be back. There are much better beach hotels imo. Most of the facility was dirty and not well maintained. There were wedding parties running up and down the halls until 4:30am both nights and nobody seemed to say or do anything about it to make sure other guests were not disturbed. The pool bar is dirty. The pools were dirty. Disappointed to say the least.”

“The owner, Matthew was great to communicate with. The property is so cute, very Key West. Lots of amenities, short walk to Upham Beach and the Corey Avenue Market on Sundays. As well as restaurants with live music within walking distance. Highly recommend.”

“AC didn’t get cold. Messaged the staff who stated you we couldn’t turn it lower than 68 bc the AC unit would freeze but it never even got that cool. Couldn’t even sleep comfortably because of this. Talk about miserable when you get back from the beach and can’t even relax. The bed frame was broken and my husband was constantly having to fix the slats so he wasn’t sleeping lopsided. The shower took 10-15 minutes for it to get hot and also took just as long to make it colder. Only one burner on……
