“We enjoyed our stay and had a lot of the amenities you would expect at a beach rental. Great view and functional space! We also liked that there was an elevator to unload. The pool was a nice value added after a long day at the beach. Reasonably distanced from the main attractions in cape San Blas and Port St. Joe. We also enjoyed the state park close by! It had less of the necessities that we expected a rental for the price including a hair dryer, simple salt and pepper shakers, and more than……

“My kids and I just got back from staying at this condo, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect—beachfront with beautiful views, and the best part? The beaches weren’t crowded at all, which made it so relaxing and enjoyable. The pool area was also peaceful and never packed, which was a huge plus with kids.The condo itself was spotless and felt so comfortable and welcoming. It had everything we needed and was in such a convenient spot—close to everything but still quiet……

“This was a beautiful property with an unobstructed view of the ocean. It was quiet and right on the beach. The unit was clean with normal signs of wear and tear. There were cozy touches; like throws and puzzles. It had low end dishes and cookware, but they were functional. I would suggest bringing extra towels if you don’t want to do laundry, but the included washer and dryer worked well. The view was amazing and the fact that you only need go down the stairs and be right on the beach is a huge……

“Condo was super clean and well stocked with everything needed. Also you can't really tell in the pictures but the backyard is fully fenced and completely private which was a huge bonus for our dog. It is also very close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again!”

“Only negative was that we had no hot water on arrival and the dishwasher smelled really bad. Other than that everything else was an excellent experience!”

“I specifically rented this property because of the amenities. Took me three days of a four day stay to finally get the code to access the gym, I never got to use the gym.The pool was listed as a private pool but the community kids found it useful, they were in it with their street clothes on. I will definitely not be back.”
