「Great location for just off of SK! Perfect location for pets. The pool was spectacular, and the house gives that “Old Florida Charm” being located in an established neighborhood. Everything was in close proximity, but just far enough away from the craziness of the tourism scene. The host was great and I could not be happier with our stay. 」

「We absolutely love this gem of a home and vacation spot. It’s our 3rd time staying here and we will surely be back. The owner is responsive and friendly, and we appreciate the hospitality each time we visit. His communication is on point. The home continues to be clean and welcoming! We love morning coffee by the pool, the daily trips to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. Our kids get SO excited for this annual fall trip and talk about it all year round! See ya next year! 」

「Second time staying at this house, we come to Sarasota 3-4 times a year and this is our favorite one! Great location, fabulous pool and lanai, comfy beds, spacious home, everything you could possiby needs. Gameroom has a pullout sofa so we consider it a 4BR. Property manager (iTrip) is on it! Very responsive and super helpful. This one checks all the boxes. 」
