“The room was great! The only issue we have was with the elevators!! All of them. They didn’t work have the time and so many people would pile on because they was tired of waiting. We were on the 23rd floor so you can only imagine the amount of people waiting.”

“Upon arrival the room smelled of strong smoke. There was poop on the toilet and bathroom door. Sheets were covered in sand on all beds. Handles and pulls were grimy and sticky. There was hair, dust, and items from previous renters. The couch was so old that we weren’t even comfortable sitting on it because of how grossed out we were. We immediately started searching for another place because it was just not what the reviews said. I reached out to the host to let them know how bad it was and they……

“Host was amazing,went out of his way communication outstanding..Room need some update as paint and new bedroom curtains they were ripped .cleaning vents would help,also fix the tub child couldnt take bath and the knob had mold..And guest please stop taking things,there was no can opener or sauce pans..Pools were great balcony was awesome.Just a small walk across street to the beauty of the beach”

“We booked this unit for a last minute anniversary trip and was not disappointed. The master bed was super comfortable and the view from the balcony was great. Unit kind of smelled like mildew when we first arrived but was overall pretty clean. It was our first time staying at aquavista and it was not crowded at all and super laid back. The pool was cold (not heated like we were told) so we didn’t get to use it but I would book this property again! ”
