「We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)」

No other helpful information about restaurants in the area. No coffee and only small cups of water for guests. Large trash buckets in the hall were not a good look. I would not stay here again.」

「There are 2 buildings. The first one where the office is located, seems to be for weekly rentals and run down. The facade of the front, looks great, which is what's on expedia, but it doesn't show the outside rooms of that building, so when we pulled up, we felt very deceived and apprehensive. The lobby was clean and the staff was friendly. Had to walk to another building through the side parking lot. This entrance was secured with a key card which eased the concern. 「Dunes Village was ok. If you have a big family with children maybe 14 and under this would be a good place for you because of the water parks, the lazy river and the pools outside for the smaller kids. The hotel needs to be renovated all over. We were in room 142 and the bathroom def needs upgrading really bad, the top cover had a few stains on it, they didn’t clean that well bc the tub had hair in it, not chunks but pieces to where you can tell they did a half job cleaning.
