「First, the address didn't brig me to the right place.
Second, the place was poorly indicated.
3th, the parking wason the street. only 2 place was available at the hotel. Don't qualify for a hotel parking vs room.
4th, The main hotel was crowded with stuf that dont belong there, asa hotel entrance.5h No one was at the main desk. Waited for a long time to get my room.

「We have had a joyful stay at Kaya Belek! The staff are very professional and helpful and the room is spacious and spotless. The food provided is international and properly cooked. It was a bit too cold for us to use the outdoor pool and the waterpark on site was refurbishing, but the indoor pool was heated at 28C and the kids enjoyed a lot in there too. Would definitely recommend! 」

「枕头有点高，对于颈椎病来说有点难受，一些细节需要提升，比如游泳池更换室的棉签有所缺失等。优点就是，房费包含了所有的餐费和下午茶等，在酒店里走到任何地方点吃的，喝的都是免费的~还有就是真的很安静，很适合静养」

「Die Reinigung war sehr schnell und zuverlässig – oft wurde das Zimmer bereits während des Frühstücks erledigt. Allerdings wirkte es teilweise zu hektisch: Dinge wie das Nachfüllen von Taschentüchern wurden gelegentlich vergessen. Hier wäre etwas mehr Sorgfalt statt nur Tempo wünschenswert.
