「Clean, nicely updated, fairly quiet considering it is on Hwy 50 in town. Lots of selections for breakfast. Good value for the price. Only real negaitive is that In-room coffee was terrible, but breakfast coffee was good. Desk help was kind and friendly.」

「We loved our stay at The Residence Hotel. The hotel is super convenient to Aspen Mtn for skiing. The gondola is less than a 10 min walk! The room was spacious which we appreciated with our 2 dogs. The bed was extremely comfortable and we enjoyed having a little kitchen to make coffee/tea and breakfast in the morning. We will certainly stay again when visiting Aspen.」

「It was walkable to restaurants and hiking trails. It was nice that we could park the car in the garage. The hotel is a little outdated, our bathroom shower was a little clogged took awhile to drain the water. 」

「It’s our second time staying at the Durant. The staff is so kind and lovely, the breakfast is pretty great for continental and the lobby feels like a second family room. Love this hotel!」

「We travel with our dog and they had a perfect room for (3) adults and (1) dog. Very Roomy! Would like to see a coffee maker...but they do have coffee and breakfast at the beautiful main office lounge where you can sit and watch the news.」

「Paint was peeling off the walls in bathroom. Place needs a maintenance person. Toilet handle fell off after one use. Pool was 45° and not circulating. Pump room door has no lock and was open, unattended and I popped my head in. Pool pump was off, pool and hot tub chemicals were completely off. No information or noticed the pool was not in use and key car worked to get in. I had mentioned it to the front staff and was told over so sorry thank you for letting us know, again no closure of the pool...
